Warm greetings from Camille's Restaurant

As another year arrives, we take this opportunity to "touch base" and (re) introduce ourselves. Camille's restaurant is located in the heart of 'old town' in the revitalized Bastion Square. We have been hard at work for twenty three successful years, thanks in part to the generous recommendations from many hotels and bed and breakfast establishments. This year we hope to work even more closely together and ensure that visitors to Victoria enjoy the best food, service and hospitality available.

Our restaurant is a unique combination of fine dining with a comfortable, casual atmosphere. The menu is diverse, with many specials including vegetarian food, fresh seafood, and wild game. We are proud to utilize as many fresh local ingredients as possible and we prepare our dishes in a health-conscious full flavored style. Candlelight, soft blues and jazz and a talented staff supply the atmosphere. For those who love wine, our list is extensive with truly great and affordable wines.


Cooking Classes...

This year David is working with local chef Denise Marchessault and offering a wide-ranging series of cooking classes at her school French Mint. It is a lovely teaching kitchen set up just off of Royal Oak Drive and David has led a number of very successful classes there over the past few years. This year's line-up is a varied array of advanced level classes designed for the home chef who wants to upgrade and fine tune their skills. March is Kettle Valley Winery Month at Camille's...

In celebration of Kettle Valley's 20th Anniversary, we present a special menu paired with five of their finest creations.  We have always been big fans of winemaker Bob Ferguson's efforts and feel that Kettle Valley is one of the premier wineries in B.C.  Please note that the wine pairings are optional.  Feel free to order the menu on its own and choose a wine from our comprehensive list.
